AlM-lF-Std/Pro/Pros digital internal focusing collimator is developed by Xi‘an OpticalMetrology, with high precision optical axis consistency while focusing. This products canfocusing from -~-400mm; +385mm~+, all the focusing adjusting process is controlledby software, and the optical axis consistency accuracy is up to 3 aescs /0.02mm@2m.For the high precision optical axis consistency, we can use the AlM-lF-Pro to measure thetarget position offset with the same space axis.
