Autocollimator measures the rotation accuracy of the turntable(图1)

   In the manufacturing of precision turntables, the rotation accuracy of the turntable is an important technical quantitative index that characterizes the manufacturing performance of the turntable's axis deviation and radial deviation. The rotation accuracy of the turntable can be measured quickly and accurately through the digital photoelectric autocollimator.
   As shown in the figure above, when the turntable has axial and radial deviations, the center axis of the turntable (shown by the dotted line in the figure) rotates around the center of the turntable, and is constant with the theoretical center axis (shown by the solid line in the figure) Angle. Knowing the diameter (D) of the turntable and the angle (α), the current axial and radial deviation of the turntable can be calculated.
 Align the autocollimator at the center of the turntable, place a flat mirror or standard ball with a good shape at the center of the turntable, and then rotate the turntable. At this time, you can see the movement trajectory of the autocollimator optical image through the AutoCollimator software. If it is a circle, adjust the turntable until the radius of the circle is the smallest. At this time, the maximum value of the angle measured by the autocollimator is the angle that can characterize the accuracy of the turntable.
          Axial deviation of turntable
γ=αx*(D/2)
          Radial deviation
β=αy*(D/2)
          D is the diameter of the turntable
          αx is the maximum value of the self-collimating X component
          αy is the maximum value of the self-collimating y component
