FocusAIM-V series vertical auto focometer is developed by Xi’an Optical Metrology. The instrument adopts vertical mechanical layout, have the functions like EFL, BFL, RC, On-axis MTF and Parallelism measuring. Extra selected fixture can expand the lens unit centration measuring. All the test is operated by software. The series is a multifunctional measuring instruments for the sphere lens unit parameter test.
